ASBIGAP = Atmospheric Sciences Bilateral Graduate Pathways

This is funded by UCOP's GAP initiative, which brings students from
historically black colleges and universities to UC campuses for summer
research, with the goal of preparing them for application to UC graduate
programs. The "bilateral" part for us is that we also send two UCD
undergrads to our partner institution, Howard University, which has a
pretty strong atmospheric sciences program.
